A % of every Serena charm sold is donated to a UK charity called the Debbie Plowman Happy Faces Trust. Debbie was a young mother of two from the UK who fell in December 2009 whilst doing a cross ankle release and is now paralysed. The Trust has been set up raise funds to improve her quality of life and others and shares it's funds with three other charities.
