What is the Pole Move Box

	The outside of the box This beautifully designed box is made of PVC. It's strong and is a trendy grey color. On opening, the lid rotates under the box. It's light weight and is a good size, making it easily transportable. It weighs just over 1 kg and is 25x12x8,5 cm (9,8x4,7x3,3 inch). There is a contents list included, so you can re-arrange the box anytime after a training session or pole class.
	The inside of the box There are 5 different chapters which are separated by transparant named taps. Starting with moves/holds, followed by spins, inverts/mounts, climbs/seats and stands. The 350 cards inside the box are alphabetically ordered in their own category and printed on strong paper. The cover comes with extra explanation on how you can use the box.
	The cards Here you can see one of the 350 card that are in the box. The size of the cards are A7 (10x7,5 cm / 3,9x2,9 inch). The photo shows the move and you can clearly see the hand grip. The stars on the left indicate difficulty (1 star for easy moves, up to 6 stars for stronger flexible moves) Some moves you may find less or more difficult than rated, depending on your flexibility or physical nature. The names and variation of the move are printed in the right corner of every card. The names of the moves are taken from the most popular names that we have found within the pole community.

About the Pole Move Box

What started out as a help in my Pole exercise class became a worldwide Pole product. I used a similar homemade box during my pole class for over a year. I printed pictures from the internet for my students so they could see the move with the names. Students tend to forget all the names and things we had done before. They also loved looking in the box for new moves. It made my Pole Classes much easier. Everybody could learn at their own level. It made combining moves easier and we made surprising new combinations. By placing several cards together you are able to make different sequences of moves.

Other pole teachers, who saw my box, loved it and wanted one. So I called some of my good friends in the pole industry and asked them to help me make a 'real' box. And one thing led to another. Now the box is produced and is shipped all over the world as a tool in pole classes and is an inspiration for all pole dancers.

Here is a short introduction to the models in the Pole Move Box. All the models are experience. Ranging from Pole dance teachers, Pole champions (national and international) but we all have one thing in common 'WE LOVE POLE'.

	Hanka Venselaar: Probably our most famous model in the box. She's a worldwide know pole dancer. Teaching various international workshops. She has won lots of competitions and has the title 'European Pole Dance Champion 2010'.
	Nienke Vaneker: This beautiful Pole school owner is very active in The Netherlands, participating in Pole competitions.She teaches pole at her own Pole School, organising lots of Pole related events.
	Nicole Beerens: The new Pole talent in The Netherlands. She has been practising pole for 2 years now and has already got the title 'Pole Fitness Champion 2010' in the advanced category. She loves all kinds of sports and has found a new challenge in Pole Dancing..
	Flora Gatina: Lovely Flora is well known in The Netherlands for her performances in 'Hollands Got Talent', she finished in the top 3. Flora teaches Pole Flo, Acro Yoga and is an outstanding performer.
	Elisa Jo: So you think you can dance? You haven't seen Elisa Jo jet. She sweeps everybody off the floor. Her strength combined with the dance moves makes her a stunning performer. Pole Fitness Champion 2008-2009 and 1st runner up in the Benelux competition 2008 and 2009.
	Eva Verstegen: If any one can teach you how to do Pole dance it's Eva. She is athletic, strong and has the FUN factor. She is one of the Dutch Pole Diva's.
	Daisy van Zelst: A dedicated Pole student, you can make her do anything. She is so flexible and nice to have around. She has entered some competitions and has performed in England. Her plans are to go to Australia and experience Pole dancing over there.
	Cindy Cooijmans: The brain behind the box. Totally addicted to pole. Teaches poleXercise for fun. Judge in Pole competitions internationally. Organises lots of fun Pole events. Is a member of Dutch Pole Dance association and a member of the IPSF Olympic committee.

News

In the Aerial Pole International competition held in Bern, Zwitzerland, Hanka won the trophy for best Musical interpeter. The shows were all amazing. Overal female winner was Marlo Frisken from the USA. Congratulations!

Pole Move Box model Nicole won her first Pole competition in 2010, againest the best dancers from the Netherlands she became the Pole Fitness Champion 2010.

One of the Pole Move Box models is Hanka Venselaar. We are proud to have the internationally well known Pole dancer, who has managed to get the title European Pole Dance Champion of Champions 2010 in England. She also opened her own studio in 2011

Flora Gatina from Amsterdam (one of the Pole Move Box models) was asked to perform for Hollands Got Talent. Her performances were so good, she got through to the finals. She gave a great example in how beautifull pole dance can be and finished in the top 3!
