I you are a pole dancer interested in really advancing in this art you need a good thick pole dancing mat. I do not have this particular 'Pole-O-Mat' because I do not live in the us or uk but I find that having a mat there helps your progress, keeps you safe and gives you confidence to try new moves.
I love these mats !!!

These mats are amazing. I sold off all my childhood memories on ebay, just to buy them. It was so worth it. I've had them now for about a year and use them all the time. Although these mats can never take the place of spotters when trying new tricks, they are extremely helpful. You can drop several feet and land comfortably. It's so much nicer to just be able to drop out of a new trick then the controlled fall while clinging onto the pole for dear life. They are very durable. You can walk on them with heels but you will twist your ankle so I wouldn't advise it. They are easy to put in place and undo. The velcro makes for a very snug fit on the pole. I have noticed a few places where the stitching of the velcro is starting to come apart, but overall they are still in excellent condition. I highly recommend them!
