    My school teaches a lot of acrobatic tricks, and we don't know how to dance. This DVD resolves all that. There are routines for all levels: beginners, lower intermediate, higher intermediate, advanced. Jamilla breaks every single step down into counts of 8. In addition, I am embarassed to say that I didn't really understand how to do a proper body roll. Now I do.
