APFA is proud to announce the International panel of judges for the Masters Division of the 2nd annual American Pole Fitness Championships 2011 where a total of 14 pole athletes will compete for the coveted titles of American Pole Fitness Champion 2011 in the men and women categories. Masters Division athletes will be pre-selected from the Elite Division category by US based APFA member and esteemed group of Elite Division Judges. Selections will be based on their pole artistry, difficulty, presentation, musicality and athleticism through their video submissions to advance to the Masters division. The finalist will compete live before the international panel of judges and audience at the Manhattan Center, New York City, Friday, October 14, 2011 at 6:30pm, door opens at 5pm. APFC 2010 champions and 1st place runner ups will automatically return to the Masters Division to compete as well. Aspiring athletes can view the details on acquiring an application to compete here.
One of Cirque Du Soleil’s very best Dima Shine will be joining us for the first time as one of the international panel of judges. Also joining us for the first time are international pole athlete and performer, France’s very own Loic Lebret, and Lucy Misch, a world renowned UK based pole fitness instructor who dared to introduce pole dancing in Saudi Arabia. Returning as part of the esteemed judges are the world renowned masters of flexibilityValentino Brothers Emil and Mario Valentino, Australia’s very best and champion Allegra.
